Twyford Lyon made amends for last week's poor performance by comfortably beating Bridgwater Wolves 8-0 away. Tom Haines was in good
form at the back with Alex Wright and Tom Lazarus and they made it difficult for the homeside to get in on goal. Ricky Morrey Jones was
equal to anything that got through which left ample opportunity to attack. Lyon attacked constantly but were rarely rushed as they were
allowed space and time on the ball. Anthony Ansell scored the first and second in quick succession and Nick Merriam made it three before
the break.
The second half was more of the same Matt Watts scored twice, Merriam got his second and Toby Hogan scored a good header from a corner. Dan
Verrier scored the eighth.
