Our first game today was against Hemyock. We started very well passing the ball through the team forcing two early corners and it was'nt long before Angus scored our first goal but in this game we did not make the mistake we had in other games before. we pushed foward Harry making a run into the box finished it well soon after a run from Rees putting us 3 up , as the half went on Hemyock battled hard with there keeper saving well from Angus they broke at speed and scored making it 3-1 Harry pushed forward again making it 4-1 a good half for us ended with Angus getting his second leaving the score at the break at 5-2.
In the second half Hemyock came out hard scoring early but as the half went on we created several chances for Lennon, Harry and Rees but the keeper got to the shots and Harry hit the post for the second time near the end of the game we scored 2 more goals giving Harry 4 goals the final score being 7-3. A great performance from all. Alex , Adam and the 2 Matthews deserve a mention for doing the hard work in defence. well done lads.
