This 5-2 loss did not reflect the game. Twyford went ahead when Ryan Martin slotted home a Tobi Jenkins throw-in. Brixington responded but Twyford pushed on again and Martin was to score again after Brixingtons keeper pushed away a Liam Short effort. Again, Brixington equalised. Brixington then piled on the pressure to go 3-2 up. Twyford pressed for the equaliser, but lost 2 defenders in Connor Stone and Jack Isaacs in the last 5 minutes. Unfortunately, this upset Twyfords shape and were unable to hold back Brixingtons constant pressure. Jack Thomas pulled off some cracking saves, George Cox ran himself ragged as did Nicky Ford despite having a broken nose. Connor Stone, Josh Veen, Alex Bressington and Jack Isaacs worked hard at the back while Tobi Jenkins used his strength to constantly put Brixington under pressure. Also playing well were Lewis Manning, Jason Allington and Liam Short.
