After a long trip to Holsworthy with only 10 players, the girls played exceptionally well but were beaten by a strong physical side. The highlight of the game was Robyn Freed's goal which was the result a good football involving Laura Kent, Katie Adcock and Robyn Freed.
Millie McLear was brave in goal who continued between the posts despite bending her fingers back. She made some outstanding saves and put in a great performance in goal.
Also working hard for the team was Alice Butler, Laura Huxtable and Chloe Moore in defence who had to work hard throughout the game. Haidee Fairclough worked hard up front but had little opportunity to go forward and she gave a good performance in the second half.
