Monaco booked themselves a semi final date in Newton Abott against Culm with a win away at Crediton. It was always going to be  difficult to play much football on the hard bumpy pitch and although Monaco had the lion's share of the play they could find few opportunities to break down Crediton's back five who protected their keeper well. Monaco's full backs Noah Wright and Richard Sandiford were able to push well forward but the home defence kept their shape and stood firm right through the game. Monaco became more and more frustrated and had a few nervy momts were the hosts could have pinched a goal in the closing stages but the game went into extra time.

Only a few minutes in one of Dan Verrier's many corners found Alex Wright on the edge of the box whose hook shot was handled by a Crediton defender and Tom Parkins eased the nerves by smashing the spot kick into the top corner.

Crediton then had to change their shape to find a way back into the game which opened the pitch up for Monaco who in the end won the game at a canter. Good work from Nick Merriam and Matt Watts saw the keeper fumble the ball into Verrier's patch and he made no mistake. Verrier's corner was met by man of the match Jack Zilch to make it three close to the end.
