Match Report - Twyford Spartans - B U10's 2011/12

Today we played against a strong Exmouth side on sloping pitch we started playing up hill and to begin with we struggled to get to  grip with the bounce of the ball having said that we had plenty of the ball and  worked the keeper on several occasions this was the story of the half untill the Exmouth winger broke free and hit a great strike into the top corner for 1-0 near the end of the half it could have been a lot worse as the Exmouth striker broke into the box only having Issac to beat but he was equal to it with a great save to leave the score 1-0 at the half .

                                                  After the break we were much better playjng with the slope passing the ball well creating several chances with Aiden and Angus scoring 2 each the last two from angus were amazing strikes as is so often the case from him he rarely scores a tap in we did concede a penalty which was well taken Issac diving low to his right but the strike was to good the final score was a good 4-2 win for us ,which against a strong side was a great result  this was a good team display all the players worked very hard to galn the result very well done to all,
