On a very heavy pitch Pinhoe and Twyford managed to play an entertaining game of football. Playing down the slope in the first half Pinhoe were on top and although Twyford defended determindly through Edward Heard Sam Padfield and Luke Broomfield, Pinhoe took the lead although Twyford equalised through Ben Morgan and the half ended 1-1. In the second half Twyford got on top however at first they did not take their chances despite excellent play from Reggie Holwell, Max Zilch and Lewis Hill and Pinhoe broke away to score but Twyford came back with goals from Sam Jones and Owen Rendall to take a 3-2 lead. In the final minutes an excellent save from stand in Keeper Charlie Slater saved all 3 points for Twyford.
