Twyford Under 16s A entertained Bridgwater Wolves and in the first half they struggled to win the physical battle and found themselves trailing 1-0. In the second half Twyford more than matched Bridgwater and went on to win the game 3-1. Liam Hill had a sound game in goal and defensively Jordan Eick, Dean Folland, Ryan Nunez and Jake Leach won the physical battle throughout. In the second half Belah Miah and Mark Sampson took control of the game allowing Lloyd Frost and Kane Thomas to cause problems to the Wolves defence. Wide man Aiden Moyles supplied the cross for Mark Sampson to equalise, Kane Thomas then put Twyford in front before a 25 yard Mark ÂÂRonaldoÂÂ Sampson free kick gave Twyford a deserved victory.
