Twyford took on Moors Bobcats for the 1st of their 2 games in the Mid Devon Mini League, on a very cold wet day, the final score was a win to Twyford with goals coming from Ryan Morgan, Will Hall-Tompkin, 2 from Callum Sewell and a penalty from Nick Goldsbrough. The rest of the team Billy Ogilvy, Archie Murray and Jack Klinkenberg put in great team performance, James Onley Gregson did another fine job in goal for the team.
In the 2nd match against Sampford Twyford ran out winners, again with a great all round performance, the goalies job was shared between Jack and Archie, both putting in great performances, the goals came from Jack, Ryan, Callum and Nick. A fantastic start to the 2009 games.
