Tiverton Town’s A team players really turned on their skill overpowering and outplaying the Twyford Tots. The structure and discipline of the experienced Tiverton Town side was a real lesson in how link up play and frequent passes can open up a defence and create plenty of scoring opportunities. Although the majority of the Twyford players are experiencing their first taste of league football this season, they never game up and fought to the bitter end. Keane Moore and Holly Rendall were not afraid to go to the ball in midfield and prevented a number of runs by clearing the ball decisively to the touch line.

Another proud performance from Isaac Pedrick, Louis Bolduc and Aaron Long showed that the Twyford Tots team have the makings of a strong defensive side that will fight from kick off to final whistle, determined to give their best and break down any opponent. This was a fixture that the young players will learn many lessons from which they can work on in training.
