Twyford Spartans U10's returned to EDYL action playing their 1st game in 6 weeks away to Exmouth Amateurs A. Despite a very wet pitch Twyford took the early initiative with a brace from Dennis Wills and although Exmouth came back ,stout defending from Luke Broomfield and Charlie Slater kept them at bay. Twyford got back on top with some neat wing play from MOM Max Zilch and 2 goals from Ben Morgan gave Twyford a commanding lead. In the 2nd half further goals from Lewis Hill and Sam Jones sealed the win ,although Exmouth scored a late consolation free kick which was deflected past stand in keeper Owen Rendall who otherwise had saved everything the opposition could throw at him. Also playing well was Lewis Flanagan.
