Twyford Barca U10's travelled to League leaders Colyton for a championship decider in the East Devon Youth League. Colyton started brightly ,however the defence of Edward Heard and Luke Broomfield together with keeper Adam Jarrett kept them at bay. As the half wore Twyford started to come into the game and took the lead with a goal from Striker Ben Morgan which was then followed up with a goal from midfield general Sam Jones to give Twyford a 2-0 half time lead. In the second half Colyton came back into the with a goal as Twyford were pushing up to get the their third however Twyford continued to press from midfield through Lewis Hill and Owen Rendall who eventually scored Twyford's third. With 2 minutes left and Twyford tiring Colyton got a second goal to set up a grandstand finale however the "Magnificent Seven" of Twyford withstood 7 minutes of extra time to deservedly win the East Devon Youth League U10 Championship.
