This was Twyford Spartans first game of the season and with some girls unavailable they played with just seven players. They started off nervously but tackled well to keep the score goalless. They were up against some big strong girls and their centre forward strength proved too much for this young team and they were 4-0 down at half time. In the second half Twyford were more disciplined and made it harder for Kingskerwell to play and tiredness played its part when Kingskerswell scored another two goals towards the end. This was a good game to start with and Beth Holloway, Holly Seatherton and Chloe Hawkins were outstanding.
