Twyford Under 12 girls team travelled to Pinhoe Spartans and put in a good display with key players missing. It was an end to end game with both sides having chances to score. The only goal of the game came 10 minutes from time when the girls began to tire and with out any substitutes they battled only were beaten from a lucky goal for Pinhoe. They played on until the final whistle and were a credit to girls football. Player of the match was Alice Butler and also putting in good performances were defenders Laura Huxtable and Beth Holloway.
